CEFMI Partners with EKL CSR Foundation to Strengthen FPO Leadership for Madhya Pradesh
CEFMI, in collaboration with EKL CSR Foundation, conducted a 3-day residential training from 15–17 September 2025 for 75 participants from 34 FPOs in Madhya Pradesh. The program focused on strengthening FPO governance, enhancing knowledge of agriculture and farm mechanization, and building leadership and agri-business skills among FPO leaders.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions, group discussions, and practical exercises to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. The training also promoted the adoption of advanced mechanization practices to benefit member farmers and boost productivity.

CEFMI, in collaboration with EKL CSR Foundation, organized a 3-day residential training from 8–10 September 2025 for 30 participants representing 20 FPOs in Uttar Pradesh. The program aimed to strengthen FPO governance, expand knowledge in agriculture and farm mechanization, and develop leadership and agri-business skills among FPO executives.
Through interactive sessions, group activities, and practical exercises, participants enhanced their decision-making and operational efficiency. The training also encouraged the adoption of modern mechanization practices to support member farmers and improve productivity.

CEFMI, in collaboration with EKL CSR Foundation, organized a 3-day residential training from 25–27 August 2025 for 50 participants representing 27 FPOs in Uttar Pradesh. The program aimed to strengthen FPO governance, expand knowledge in agriculture and farm mechanization, and develop leadership and agri-business skills among FPO executives.
Through interactive sessions, group activities, and practical exercises, participants enhanced their decision-making and operational efficiency. The training also encouraged the adoption of modern mechanization practices to support member farmers and improve productivity.
CEFMI Partners with EKL CSR Foundation to Strengthen FPO Leadership in Haryana
CEFMI, in collaboration with EKL CSR Foundation, successfully conducted 3-day residential training program for the Board of Directors (BoDs) and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in Kurukshetra, Haryana. Held from 21st to 23rd July 2025, the program brought together 30 participants representing 18 FPOs from across the state.
The training focused on strengthening FPO governance and structure, enhancing knowledge of general agriculture and farm mechanization, and equipping leaders with skills in agri-business financing. Sessions were designed to build leadership capacity, improve operational efficiency, and promote the adoption of advanced mechanization practices among member farmers.
CEFMI conducted Three-Day RPL Programme to Empower candidates in Farm Mechanization
The Centre of Excellence for Farm Mechanization Skills in India (CEFMI), in collaboration with Agriculture Skill Council of India (ASCI), organized a three-day Recognition of Prior Learning programme across various districts of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. The initiative focused on bridging skill gaps and upskilled 1,565 candidates across ten farm-mechanization roles such as Repair & Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians, Pesticide & Fertilizer Applicators, Harvesting Machinery Operators.
CEFMI Developed a Detailed Project Report for Escorts Centre of Excellence:
CEFMI has successfully crafted a comprehensive Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Escorts Kubota Limited, outlining a roadmap for operationalizing Escorts Kubota Advanced Farming Institute (EKFAI) in Kurukshetra. The DPR includes strategies for infrastructure use, training modules, and skill development tailored to modern farming needs. As part of the report, stakeholder consultations and visits were conducted at Government Departments, ICAR Institutes, Farm Machinery Industries to gather expert insights.
